I have TB in my laptop and never had a second's problem with it. Now it has been 3 years since I installed it and my memory is not the greatest so I just hoped it would be just as easy to load it into my new desktop and that did not happen. In my laptop the Under account settings, I have Local Folders at the top, then my email address then my husband's email address and all emails for both of us show up grouped together in the mail area. When it downloaded on my desktop my email address is first, then my husbands with the local folder underneath them. Also the two email addresses have locks on them. I have to click on the individual email addresses for the mail for each, instead of all the emails in one area. How can I get it to set up like my laptop? Thanks

Try the View menu (alt+V) > folders > unified. Is that the combined view your talking about?

If I could jump through this computer to give you a thank you hug, I would. That apparently is what I needed to do. To be honest I never noticed this folder previously and since I know enough to get me in trouble sometimes, I don't know it all, for sure. Thanks for your help. I had tried everything that I knew of and now I know one more thing..
