Supernova issues - delete scrolls message list, and messages that have been read stay bold

I have two problems with Supernova that I hope will be corrected in future bug fix upgrades. 1. When I delete an email the display resets with the location of the deleted email off screen at the top. I have to scroll back up all that way to go back to work on my next emails. In the past it did not reset the screen - everything stayed the same, just without the deleted email. 2. Emails I have not read are in bold. I have not been able to identify why, but some emails do not change off bold once I have read them. The just sit there as bold no matter how many times I click on them.

Thank you for your posting. Is this with 115.3.1? Was it happening with 115 prior to 115.3.1?

Yes it is 115.3.1 No it has not happened before. It's a bug.

I've discovered one more problem. When you go to print an email, the popup screen is obscured on the right half with the Today Pane. You have to close the Today Pane to be able to execute your print effort the reset it back in the email client. It never did this before.

To Wayne Mery: Let me just second the issue with the bold read emails. Unlike indicated by the OP, all read emails are still bold for me, and I realize there is a new indicator for what is unread - the little green circle - but I find it inadequate. Please advise a way to use the former bold/unbold system to indicate unread/read emails.

It's problem #1 I have. More details: I scroll to the end to see the last email (bold). I delete it, the window scrolls up, so I don't see the last email. I have to scroll down to the latest. Note that the latest email is correctly highlighted, as it used to be in previous versions.. It makes going over your daily emails much slower. I am in compact mode, with a larger font. Compact mode by default is unreadable.

I'm having this same problem. I delete an email and it displays some random set of emails below the next email ,which now is selected, but not focused on.

Scroll scroll scroll to find that selected email, delete and bang, have to start again.

115.3.1 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS jammy
