Downloaded Thunderbird 17.0 for use with Windows 10 from Mozilla site. Seems to install OK but when click on "Create a New Account" nothing happens. Please advise.

and you are using a years old version why? (current Version 45) Does it have something to do with Eudora perhaps?

The 17 mentioned was number of T-Bird Setup file. (Sorry about that.) After a bit more reading on-line and using Alt + H and reading info in there, I got T-Bird to update and got release notes for version 38.5. As you mentioned 45, I did update again and got version 45. Believe I have it ok now. Thanks Much!
