Since a couple of days ago when the new interface was introduced the scrolling performance has been very poor. It tends to lag when I first attempt to scroll and then it just isn't smooth at all. It doesn't matter what page I'm on. Even a simple google search or scrolling this submission page does it. As a debugging mesaure and disabled all extensions but it didn't help.

It is super annoying and needs to be fixed before the new interface goes live otherwise it will have a negative impact for a lot of people.

So I installed 10.9.1 update and it seems to have fixed the problem.
