Gmail chat video does not work & regular video has a stuttering effect now. any fixes?
When using gmail chat the video stays black.When right clicking on it all the options are set correctly for my camera. When trying to play regular videos via website the video plays but the sound stutters. I have tried two different browsers and the video & gmail chat work fine in them.

try this or try restarting in safe mode!
Tried both and did not solve issue.
