I have been using Firefox for many years with no problem. My problem started when the message came up " Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system."but Firefox was not running. I tried to reinstall but recieved the message "Extraction Failed X File corrupt, please can you help?
