How do I deinstall "Bytemobile Optimization Client", it has the De-install button greyed out.
Hi, I suddenly have an add-on called "Bytemobile Optimization Client". I did not ask for this, did not approve the installation, and what is worse, it only has the "Enable" button enabled. The "De-install" button is grayed out. This should not be allowed by Firefox. How do I get rid of this?

You may be able to uninstall it using the Windows Control Panel's add-remove programs.
- Click Start and choose Control Panel
- In Control Panel double click on the "Programs and Features" icon
- If Bytemobile is listed there, click on it to select it, then click on Uninstall/Change and follow the prompts
Do you have AT&T Communication Manager. That includes the Bytemobile Optimization Client.
