A couple of weeks ago the scroll wheel on my Logitech mouse stopped working with Firefox. It works fine on all other applications on my computer but will not work on any web page or any Firefox menu. I am not using XMBC. I updated to Firefox 119.0.1 this morning and it didn't make any difference.

Did you check the settings in the Logitech mouse driver ? Does it work with the Logitech mouse driver disabled ?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.

You can test older versions of Firefox with mozregression to see if it worked previously and find when it stopped working.
