On my wife's e-mail when she goes to click on a link i.e from Amazon it says that "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action Please install an app or if one is already installed create an association in the setting page" This happening on ALL links on ALL e-mails she is getting Nothing has changed apart from updates. She does not use it a lot 2 or 4 times a month. Had a look round to see if I could fix it but can not find anything Thanks

This looks like a Windows issue (assuming you use Windows). If so, search from task bar for 'default apps' and then locate your browser and check what it is set to open.
