Hello, I'm trying to delete old emails. One mailbox has over 8900 old emails. I tried a few things and none of them have worked. Now when I open email, it seems to be categorized by sender. Little or no new email shows up. Can you please help me? Thanks. Marie Rodgers

There is a small menu bar immediately above the message list, with words such as subject, date. Click one of the words and it sorts your mail. My guess is you have your mail sorted by sender. This is a quick fix.
