Mozilla does not provide support by email, nor by chat or phone for any of their products. Long ago Mozilla did experiment with a third-party in providing support by email (you pay for) for desktop Firefox but it was short lived.

Wait I got this on the App Store and firefox is the same way. I’ve been dealing with things like this and some crazy person hacking my devices that calls obsessed the narcissist and I just found out today that my mothers heart is failing for whom I adore more than life itself and I’m in no mood to hear riddles of what I pay for which is nothing for Mozilla and the product thunderbird is listed under their browser in their website I want answers not through a forum but 1 on 1
