Nightly is automatically closing inactive tabs despite "Close Tabs Manually" being selected
Been using Nightly for a while and have always had "Close Tabs Manually" set. Noticed this morning that many tabs were missing and others were 'inactive' and soon to be closed.
The setting is still "manual", and changing it to monthly/back to manual still shows the 'inactive tabs' panel.
