I lost all of my data and files and foldes on my Tunderbird please help this is disaster to me

Dear Sir/Madam,

Today i did update mozilla firfox but i did not do anything with Thunderbird, after restarting my laptop Thunderbird asking me to make again accounts and i see i lost all of my accounts and data and folders i have been using for years. This is really a disaster and not acceptable, what can i do ? Please help me to restore my old Thunderbird with all of the old folders and accounts adn data. I did not delete anything and nothing was asked to me . What i can not understand that when i look at program files i see that the last update was on 5/28/2020 but todat after i did update my mozilla firfox and give premition to synchronise and after i restart my computer everything on my Thunderbird was gone, i have had emails and date from last 9 years with plus minus 13 different accounts included my old email accounts . 4 accounts where very active and many sent and receive emails, everything is gone, looks like i have to start from 0 and i don,t know how to get back everything .

This is really a mess if i loos this means a huge problem to me Please is there someone to help?
