im facing issues while playing videos on youtube once i change resolution of the youtube video the whole player becomes unresponive if click play/pause it wont work if i click volume it wont work and its only happening on firefox i have tried it with chrome and safari and its working fine on both the browsers

This sounds like a corrupted firefox and fix would usually be backup bookmarks.

Then uninstall all firefox and deleting Mozilla folder and reinstalling latest firefox to fix the problem.
