every launch i get this error from thunderbird.i have tried to fix it and its the same thing everytime..

on the help menu select troubleshooting details Select the show button for the profile folder. Close down Thunderbird right click the abook.mab file in windows explorer and check that the file is not read only as the error suggests.

If it is not, rename the file Restart Thunderbird.
