Post the following info to understand your current setup: In Thunderbird 'Help' > 'Troubleshooting Information' clickon 'Copy text to clipboard' In this forum question, right click in a Reply text box and select 'Paste' Remove all info on fonts and printers, but do not edit anything else. When you try to 'GetMessages' what happens? What does it sayin the Status bar ...looking up,... connecting...connected etc? Do you get an error message? If yes, what does it say word for word? Do you have any issues with sending?
