Tried 4X install unsuccessfully. Install interrupted - proceed to fix, then a box that the shortcut can't be found. Multiple attempts not successful
Tried numerous times to install but each time the install is interrupted; fixed that by clicking on install again. Install is then completed, except I get a sign that they cannot find the Firefox shortcut. Then the system continues to look for the shortcut for a long time - I then go back to the downloaded file to find exe file but it is not there. What do I have to do to get this program installed?

Make sure it is an official download & do not try 64bit options. Use getfirefox.com and follow instructions at
