Problem is that some audio links won't play.

Audio links on NPR links are specifically where I see the problem. I select the link, and it switches to 'loading', but then never plays. The links work on the native browser. I don't have a problem with video links.

Problem still exists in 38.0.

When you tap the triangle, the player just says Loading? I see that, too. It could be that Firefox isn't compatible with the site's design; this is hard to investigate on a mobile device compared with a desktop browser...

As a workaround, have you considered installing one or both of NPR's apps?

Yes, the page changes to 'Loading', and stays there forever.

I have the NPR app. I prefer accessing the morning and evening news programs directly rather than using the app.
