When reply to an e-mail, my signature will not start at the top of the page. Have tried Tools > Account Settings > Composition and Addressing >Start my reply above the quote and also > start my reply below the quote - no change. I want my "Signature" at the top but it is always at the bottom. and will not move up. Suggestions??

You are working with you signature, that is always at the bottom, and changing options that position your reply above or below the quoted message. Not sure what you expect.
