Mozilla acct on desktop was on Comcast. I closed the Comcast acct . I changed to aol and am unable to receive confirmation on Comcast. I am using a new laptop and I need my original acct to access the favorites that I had stored there. How can I retrieve my original Mozilla acct?

I no longer have Comcast. I changed to aol and I signed on to Mozilla when I had Comcast. Mozilla is sending the password change to Comcast which I cannot access

Mozilla account - Not sure if you are referring to Firefox Sync or not, but if you change the Password for your Sync account you'll lose all your data which is on the Sync servers.

As far as your Comcast email account goes, are you sure that you can't still access your email account with Comcast? ... even though you're not still using them as your internet service provider. It's worth try to see if you can still log in and access your email.
