Hi marysp2, Thank you for your question, and apologies for the delay. I understand that you have a folder with an Old profile Data in it. Reminder Fox is an add on?

In laymans terms how to recover data from an old profile data folder: Reference: Recover important data from an old profile

  1. Create a new profile
  2. Find the new profile folder https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-d... or add on for opening profile folder
  3. Replace all the files from the old folder to this new profile folder

Please take note, resting Firefox also does this for you automatically.
