I erased all saved passwords as I've had to change the passwords on my accounts. I then rebooted and now TB does not ask for new password. I have rebooted entire computer and still no change.

Thanks!

Kiválasztott megoldás

I presume you removed the passwords via Tools > Options > Security > Passwords tab.

Do you have these settings in Account Settings:

Tools > Account Settings > Server Settings for the mail account.

  • select: 'Check for new messages at start up'
  • select: 'check for new messages every eg: 15 minutes'
  • select : 'Automatically download new messages'

make other prefered settings and click on OK to save changes.

Toad-Hall,

Thanks! Although they were already checked I decided to un-check those boxes and then reboot TB and then ask it to get mail, and Voila!!

Thanks for your help everyone, much appreciated :)

Have a great weekend.
