Using the tab key is not autocompleting code tags in thimble even though I have autocomplete turned on.

After a windows restart, My tab key is not functioning to autocomplete html tags. I have autocomplete and autoclose turned on in thimble. This problem also started occurring in SublimeText at the same time.

Perhaps there is a key combination that turned this function off?

In the picture attached, h1 was typed, then the tab key was pressed, but did not turn into
