I doubt regular themes will work with mobile and the UI isn't XUL based at all. Sriram appears to be working on this. currently i think its not possible to use theme on Firefox for Android :)
- you can go to http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/ and get themes for Mobile but these are just lightweight themes
