why can I not access my Email,all I get is a message saying "you have undefined new mail.

I can retrieve my Emails using my Tiscali/talktalk account on other browsers,eg.internet Explorer, but suddenly,in the last few days,I cannot retrieve them using Firefox . I can get as far as the Email home page but then cannot access new mail.
