Logged in the pay state of California (FTB.CA .gov) taxes owed. Firefox (up to date) would not work through my account or manually. Safari worked perfectly. Is there a way to let Mozilla know? Any solutions?

Cannot enter the web site for the state. Says State of California (Franchise Tax Board) web site cannot be accessed due to maintenance, etc. Used Safari and it worked fine.

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

If I start on this page --

https://www.ftb.ca.gov/pay/bank-account/index.asp

-- and then click the blue button for "Use Web Pay personal" it goes to this different server (leaves www and goes to webapp):

https://webapp.ftb.ca.gov/webpay/login/login?Submit=Use+Web+Pay+personal

Is that the path you're using? How far did you get before it stopped working?

I'm not familiar with the business side of the site.
