If I have not opened Firefox: When I click on a hyperlink from outlook, Firefox opens two identical pages

If I have Firefox open already: When I click on a hyperlink from outlook, Firefox just opens a new page

I don't want to have to keep closes duplicate Firefox browsers every time I open a link from outlook.

This issue does not happen if I open a link from work for example and is not specific to a particular site

I can not update the browser as this is a work computer and they don't want to update it.

HI, as to your question not sure, as you say it is a work computer do you have a Sys Admin that looks after such things ? As it is possible that only a Refresh or Reinstall will fix the issue.

Firefox Support needs to know how far you can go with this before offering suggestions to fix your issue.
