Using V56.0.1 64 bit

I can't delete any bookmarks from the bookmarks toolbar, get a javascript 'that function has been disabled' message.

Don't know if this is related or not, I'm also unable to delete individual history entries, but don't get any message when I select a history link and press the delete key.
