is there a problem w/Shockwave Flash?

Very often, i have to deactivate Shockwave Flash, then restart FF & then activate SwF (always activate) for it to work. I have to go thru this ritual at least every day. I've installed all new updates. this seems to have started after I installed El Capitan on a brand new 2014 MBP. thanx for the help.
