i thought when i signed up with firefox for the purpose of closing my tabs,cause i just cant get it.

In order to close tabs, click on the number that displays and the tabs will open up. Swipe to the right to close them individually.
In order to close them all, tap on the three dot menu and select "Close all tabs."
