How can I keep from loseing my account by the second time I try to it?
I don't which browser I'm suppose to have nor how many I have. I just know that I download Firefox Mozilla and use it that one time. By the next day I try to use it again, It's gone. I like Mozilla Firefox, but I can't keep it because Windows 10 will not let me. Everything I ask of Firefox it takes me some where else and tells me where to find what I want to know by using there answers. I have so many problems trying to use Mozilla Firefox.
