why do my sent e-mails bouce back saying spam
I am trying to get on the Community Forum at www.roadback.org where I have been a member for years.Can't log in despite trying several new passwords.Tried to e-mail their "support" and it bounced back.Absolutely no idea why. This is what comes back.
This is the mail system at host smtp-auth06.pathcom.com.

No matter what I do I can't log in.I sent several e-mails and they have all bounced back figuring I was sending spam.Hope this one gore through

It tells you what to do. Contact the postmaster at pathway.com. Thunderbird did its part and delivered your message to your providers server.
I did send a message to Pathway yesterday and so far not a word from them.By the way,when I picked Pathway.com(above) I did not get them but got Pathway Genetics....strange.... I had to Google the site and got it and sent message to no avail so far

Wasn't the address pathcom.com?
Good catch Gnospen. That was a typo on my part.

have you any ideas as to why only Roadback perceives my mail as spam? No one else does
It's possible that Roadback are using a blacklisting service that has decided that pathcom's SMTP server is a source of spam, and therefore block any messages from its email users. You'd hope, if this is the case, that the error message would be a little more specific and actually name the service that has refused delivery. But email server error messages are not always configured correctly or accurately.
Do you get the same result if you go to pathcom's email service on their website?
So Far I have not heard a word from Pathway
I looked ont his website - hoping it is the correct one ... and there is a telephone number, live chat etc. So why not try corresponding with live chat as a start. https://www.pathcom.com/
