One of my addresses keeps adding a second trashcan

Hello!

I have an issue with one of my accounts. Whenever i turn the program off it seems too add a second trashcan and inbox, they are transparent and I everytime I delete them I and restart they pop up again, does it have anything to do with how the mails are beeing saved locally or so? I just want those second inboxes and trashbin to STAY AWAY
