Firefox is normally able to submit crash reports, and will produce a CrashID for these.
Please read
then navigate to about:crashes and try to look up a couple of recent Crash ID s and paste them into your next message. With that information we have some chance of suggesting a solution.
The linked article also has some troubleshooting suggestions please try them, and confirm what you have tried.
Sometimes the Operating System itself may crash, and sometimes the crash is such that Firefox does not succeed in generating a proper crash report.
