Hi Sumati, can you describe the circumstances leading up to the data loss? For example:
- Firefox reported that it needed to create a new profile
- Firefox suggested a Reset/Tune-up (Refresh feature)
- Firefox crashed very severely
- You performed a Windows 10 Repair or Reset
- Hard drive died
- Something else
