So when it was uinstalled was there no mozilla/firefox after this? If so then there is no record of the installed plugins and you will have to find them again.

You can recover data from the folder on your Desktop but you will have to reinstall add-ons (including extensions). Plug-ins should be present in your new installation (see that tab in Add-ons and Themes in the 3 bar menu or Tools menu on the menu bar). Someone could reply with a way of adding extensions from the old data but you may prefer not to wait indefinitely.
