IMAP server
Error - Unable to connect to your IMAP server. you may have exceeded the number of connections......... I have recently updated my thunderbird to the snap version on my Linux Mint - I have also updated my password on mailfence my email provider? please help

This is generally temporary. Does it happen all the time? Is it possible that you may be connecting with phone and computer at same time? One possibility would be to reduce your connections at tools>account settings>server settings and click Advanced tab. However, unless this happens consistently, you may need to do nothing.
