White pixels at bottom and blue highlight hides when fullscreen at 1440p

When I fullscreen the browser, there is maybe 1px thick line at the bottom of the browser and the blue highlight on active tab gets hidden at the top of the screen (I have taskbar at top of my screen with auto-hide, maybe some bug related to that) seems like it stretches over the border of the screen or something there. Also when windowed, minimizing and restoring the browser creates these ugly white borders all around the window, maybe 5px thick. This started happening after 81.
