You can modify these extensions.formautofill prefs on the about:config page.

• extensions.formautofill.available = "on" (String)
• extensions.formautofill.creditCards.available = true (Boolean)
• extensions.formautofill.creditCards.enabled = true (Boolean)

Close and restart Firefox after changing these prefs.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.

Since I have no intention on changing my configuration for a feature that is not avaialble, I understand this feature i guess once beta tested will be available in the next version >81.0?
