Username and password saftey for my blog

Hi,

I don't want to remeber all my passwords so i use to save them in mozilla user account.Can I save username and passwords for my blog https://electricsmokerreviews.net/ in Mozilla account? Is it safe enough from hackers?

I'm assuming you are referring to saving your password to access your website dashboard?
