Have you tried contacting support for your proxy? Or tried using another one?

This can be very problematic considering your location. Also along that line did you contact the Proxy support to ask them as well?

if google chromium works, why do you think proxy issue?

do you think it is google chromium does not follow the rules while FF follows which cause the problem? or is proxy service not compatible?

Google Chromium isn't part of the Mozilla software so they have no control what Google does.
