Hi i had a couple of user names in the security field to log in for support.mozilla so i tried them and none of them worked, so I tried to get my user name emailed to me and it didn't work. so then I thought maybe i am just not registered? gave the same email address expecting a response and never got one. I don't know how it came to be that i wasn't registered. so I registered - sorry for the confusion
