Right Click Tab to Close It
Is there any way for me to Right Click tabs to close them? An option or an Addon? I can't find any feature or customization

It should work with FF 50 and you are using 47.0 which isn't even the latest (48.0.1).
Did you restart FF?
We can't help with individual add-ons - for that you need to contact the developer, and there is an email link on the page.
Before doing that however, and in case an existing add-on or theme is interfering, try disabling any others you have.

Hi !
Why not just click on the 'X ' ?
Close Tab by Double Click {web link} Allows you to close tabs by double-clicking on them.

Right-click > Close tab Middle-click (scroll wheel or middle button) on tab The X on right end of tab
The fastest and easiest way for me is to just click on the ' X ' on the right side of the tab, no matter where that tab is at the time.
You mentioned the X already.
Actually middle-click can be faster since you may have to left click on tab first to get the X to show if you have a lot of tabs.
I mentioned the X already, but I forgot to mention that I meant any tab; no matter where that tab may be at the time (just to make clear that I wasn't talking about the upper right X that closes all tabs.
'Middle click' and 'left click' doesn't work for me: I have a touchpad and not a mouse.
I never have to click on the tab in order to make the X show:
I'm looking at a lot of ' X-es ' right now .......
Sorry for the late reply; I'm not looking for Middle Click or Double Click or Press X to close the tabs, I am specifically looking for Right Click to close tabs
The right click is like a hot-key. You would not reach its options. The double-clicking add-on would be the best way, and it only takes a second to use it.
Right-click on the tab - Close Tab at the bottom of the contextual menu.
So I guess Mozilla doesn't have that feature after all. I'd imagine it's not too hard to create.

Did you look at the screenshot?
Or are you yanking my chain?
Or are you yanking my chain? Your solution misses the point, I'm looking for Right Click (once) to close.
Nobody is yanking your chain; we're just trying to help.
Now, I may not be doing a very good job (for which I apologize) but I'm trying.
What I just can't wrap my brain around:
What's so hard about clicking on the 'X ' on whatever tab it is you want to close ?
All it takes is just one click ........ (?)
Hi, this hasn't been updated for a long time, but it looks as if it may still work - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/right_click_close/
And Scribe may just have come to your rescue ......

This looks like it would have worked, is there anyway to get it working with the newest version of firefox?
