Suddenly about two weeks ago I cannot log on to online banking at BB&t.com I get the error message "We are sorry, but we were unable to complete your last request. Please click the Back button and try again." In the browser URL box I get "https://online.bbt.com/auth/prompt.tb?TAM_OP=error&USERNAME=unauthenticated&ERROR_CODE=0x38cf081d&ERROR_TEXT=DPWWA2077E%20%20%20Could%20not%20authenticate%20user.%20%20An%20EAI%20server%20returned%20invalid%20authentication%20data.&URL=%2Fauth%2Fpwd.tb" They are blaming the error on a recent update of Firefox. They advised me to use IE or Chrome. They claim to be waiting on a response for Firefox support. Should I dump Firefox?
