Why can I not download pinterest button on Firefox v. 39?

I cannot add pinterest button on Firefox (v. 39.0). FYI, I have tried first 5 options shown when searching Google.

Reason why button is not installed is described "The add-on could not be downloaded because of a connection failure on www.pinterest.com". However pinterest and my internet has been working fine throughout.

Kindly advise/investigate.

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
