Kimf, Please make sure that there are no saved preferences for pdf files in the Application settings of the browser: Applications panel - Set how Firefox handles different types of files
You may need to reset the preferences for the file if this also happens with other websites:
I only have access to OWA on Exchange 2010... Each attachment has a blue link to open it. If I right-click the link, Firefox offers Save Link As, which I think is the cleanest way to download. Does that work for you?
