Click Icon > Windows loading icon for a fraction of a second > nothing happens.

I have checked process list, stays for about 2 secs then nothing is there. Have reinstalled several times. Windows 8.1

Hi JakOrm, What version of Firefox are you trying to install? Microsoft doesn't allow Firefox on the surface RT, so unfortunately you can't install Firefox there.
