I'm a web developer working for the public radio show This American Life. We have a web audio player on the website and recently I noticed it stopped working in Firefox. Looking closer at the issue, I realized that Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking one of the scripts (pdst.fm - Spotify). Because ETP is turned on by default, I'm hoping there's a way to help bring this part of the site back to functioning without bypassing the Spotify script, as currently that's out of my power. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been trying to contact support about an issue regarding being able to change my account password to the page at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form, however I cannot seem to submit any information. When I try, the page reloads, followed by multiple uncaught errors observed in the console, including a cross site origin request block error (in the latest stable Firefox). My browser settings use the standard browser privacy setting, and custom DNS.

Regarding the error I was trying to report, I am unable to change my password, receiving "incorrect password" despite entering the correct current password. In the browser console, a POST response with error 400 is shown.

Overnight, I suddenly cannot send emails. I keep getting an error code AUP #OUT-1500 that says: "The email address you are sending as must match the email address you used to auth. " But I have changed nothing. Everything worked fine Thursday when I went to bed; got up Friday unable to send. I can receive all day. And I can send using my provider's website, but I'd rather use Thunderbird as usual. What the heck just happened? None of the Support suggestions work. Thanks for any wisdom you can impart!

I'm using Thunderbird Supernova, Can anybody tell me why I have (a DRAFT and DRAFTS) folders? When I save my emails for later they are saved in the DRAFTS folder, the DRAFT folder appears not to be used. I have tried to delete it but guess it must be some sort of system folder. Any help please. Thanks

I'm experiencing an issue with my website's compatibility with Firefox. website My website, which provides online educational resources and tools, is not displaying certain interactive elements correctly when accessed through Firefox. These elements work perfectly in other browsers like Chrome and Safari.

Specifically, I've noticed that some JavaScript-based interactive features, like quizzes and drag-and-drop activities, either don't load or don't function as expected. I've already cleared the cache and ensured that Firefox is updated to the latest version, but the problem persists.

Why is Firefox backing up my bookmarks in a json file, when Firefox itself doesn't recognise the file type when trying to restore said bookmarks? I WAS able to restore my bookmarks by converting the json file at https://www.jeffersonscher.com/ffu/bookbackreader.html. But why can't Firefox just back up as an html file like it used to? I had to go off searching the internet for a solution, turning what should've been a 5 minute job into nearly an hour 😕

I recently lived thru the Cox-Yahoo conversion. Yahoo webmail has a folder called SPAM..where all the what I call JUNK goes to but in TB but it never gets into the TB JUNK folder..I can only see it on webmail Yahoo..How do I point the TB JUNK to link with this SPAM Yahoo folder please?

So I just changed hosting companies and now I can't access ANY of my emails in Thunderbird to change my incoming and outgoing server settings because the failed login messages keep coming up so fast I can't get past them. I can't be the only one who's ever had this happen. Is there a workaround?

It used to be that we would see - in the account tree - a number telling us how many emails we have available to read. As you would open an email, this number would automatically reduce.

Now, not only do we get this email count, but I am getting an email count of ALL the email in an account folders (Inbox, Sent, Received, etc.). I don't know who invented this, but I do not want it.

How can I go back to Thunderbird only showing me my unread emails available?

hi, i had to reinstall all my windows , after that whit the new fire fox reinstalled , many pages that load well now they dont , problems of autenticitcity, broken page page icon over images.

in my tablet and phone dont the same pages load well and in the computer too before the reinstall.

They should be able to prove the steps to get these settings configured in their SMTP client.

Greetings: This is the third time that I am contacting you about not being able to receive any e-mails. Thunderbird is the only one that I use and haven't been able to receive any new e-mails for the past week or so. You notified me that my account had been compromised or words to that effect, and that I needed to create a new password. I did this(with a bit of difficulty) and still have no new e-mails coming in to this account. I did try to SEND an e-mail out, and at first it stopped me for my NEW password. I gave it, and it then allowed the e-mail to go out just fine. I sent one or two more since then and they too seemed to have worked fine. For some unknown reason though, I STILL am NOT receiving any new e-mails. Can you please help me with this problem? NOTE: As I am STILL NOT able to receive any e-mails, would it be possible for you to send me any possible solution for this problem via my regular USPS mailing address? Nightly updated this morning and the help menu from the sandwich has stopped working. The menu options display, but none of them function. Mouse click makes the menu disappear as if it's going to show the panel attached to the option.

I've been trying to install an add-on that is in the .zip format. I set xpinstall.signatures.required to false and restarted the browser, yet Firefox keeps telling me the add-on cannot be installed because it's not verified. Is there a way to change this?
