My subscription is active, but despite repeated attempts I have never been able to get past the "Waiting for sign in and subscription confirmation" screen with the device-level protection VPN app.

I have tried refreshing Firefox. The app appears to be up to date.

One potential problem is that I am still on Windows 7. Can anyone confirm that this VPN does not work on Windows 7? If not, does anyone have other recommendations?

unfortunately the VPN isn't supported on Windows 7 and doesn't seem to work in the few cases we've run into with Windows 7 users. :( We use Mullvad's VPN implementation so maybe give them a shot?
