Spoke to NYTimes rep today who informed me that the digital newspaper does not support Firefox. She had spoken to their tech people. I would have to use another browser such as Chrome. Rather than switch I canceled by digital subscription.

That's odd. There have been issues with the site in the past, and most were resolved.

If you'd like the issue to get more attention, you can file a new bug report in the Tech Evangelism component, or you can open the Help menu and choose Submit Feedback.
